How V3 Signal uses your information

V3 Signal is run by Phil McKeith. The data controller is Diztinct Limited (trading as V3), registered in England & Wales, company no. 07210565, registered office 6 Evetts Drive, Faversham Lakes, Faversham, Kent ME13 7UY. This notice explains what we collect through this website and why.

What we collect

When you send the Numbers Check form we receive your name, work email, store website, revenue and ad-spend bands, and anything you write in the message box.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange the call and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a request you made. We do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Google Firebase. Form submissions are sent by Web3Forms to our business email. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com and added to our Google calendar. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) processes anonymised usage data. Some of these providers process data outside the UK; where they do, it is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires.

Cookies

Nothing that tracks you runs until you choose. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 14 months) so we can see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies. Your choice is remembered in your browser; you can change it at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to us through the contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
